The Milano Residence Signature Scent
Milano residence derives its inspiration from its Italian capital of fashion, art, business and design. This palazzo-inspired residence simultaneously takes its cues from the colours and textures of the Australian bush while remaining perfectly in tune with its Brisbane riverside location, offering a playful take on modernist design.
The Stafford Group with selling Agents Duke Realty partnered with JAJI Fragrances & Parfumerie for the signature scent of their Milano Residence project. The completed fragrance was designed around the residence’s personality profile which revealed a mystical and meditative side. The residence does not lack confidence. It stands proudly and is comfortable and adaptive yet distinctive enough to set itself a part. A Chypre of Timbers and leathery accords were structured around warm Florals while infusing the Italian heritage of citrus with Australian Eucalyptus. The final fragrance is used through the residence’s HVAC system to deliver the exclusive scent to each room.
The Milano Residence Sensory Story
Milano signature fragrance is a warm and inviting Chypré accord with mystical and sensual undertones. A citrus blast opens the experience with a breath of fresh air as the sunny sensation of Australian Eucalyptus and zesty Orange encourages a welcoming comfort.
A natural Chypré base surrounds Patchouli and Fir Needle with tones of Cedarwood, Tobacco Leaf & Benzoin Resin.
Revered materials of Sandalwood and Vetiver pay homage to ancient traditions whilst the animalic effects of Leather and Musk emerge from the shadows presenting a confident strength of character.
