JAJI Parfumerie, JAJI Fragrances or its associated businesses retains all recipe rights to the final composition(s);

The final fragrance recipe will never be disclosed, however key fragrance notes will be made available;

The final fragrance is exclusive to the individual and JAJI Parfumerie, JAJI Fragrances or its associated businesses will not replicate the recipe for any other individual or business unless expressed in writing to do so by the individual;

The individual cannot on-sell, wholesale or retail the final composition unless expressed in writing by JAJI Parfumerie, JAJI Fragrances or its associated businesses;

JAJI Parfumerie, JAJI Fragrances or its associated businesses will not on-sell, wholesale or retail the final composition unless expressed in writing by the individual;

The composition is created on fragrance oils made available to us from various luxury fragrance houses from around the world. In the future, there may be occasions whereby there is a delay in receiving these oils or a particular fragrance note(s) may not be available at all for us to obtain. We will always communicate with you should this occur. We will create a note as close to the original as possible should a particular note(s) is no longer available to us.

On completion of the final composition the individual will receive one (1) complimentary 55ml bottles of their final Parfum;

The individual will receive a Certificate of Exclusivity upon the completion of the final composition;

The individual can purchase additional bottles of their Parfum at any time for a minimum cost of $175/bottle or equivalent to the current retail price of a JAJI Parfum. Whichever occurs first;

Full payment to be received prior to the commencement of the fragrance design (N/A if received as a gift);

Due to the exclusive and bespoke nature of this service, refunds and exchanges are not available.
