The Verona Residence Signature Scent
Verona residence derives its inspiration from the Italian city of love. With its famed Roman arches, terracotta hues and winding waterways, this classical and curvaceous residence offers a playful take on modernist design principles while also taking cues from the meandering curves of the Brisbane River.
The Stafford Group with selling Agents Duke Realty partnered with JAJI Fragrances & Parfumerie for the signature scent of their Verona Residence project. The completed fragrance was designed around the residence’s personality profile which revealed itself being a Modern Classic. This is an entertainer, Cultured and eclectic and balances harmony and elegance with a hint of seduction.
A woody accord dressed with soft florals with timbers for a soft and velvety woodiness, the final fragrance is used through the residence’s HVAC system to deliver the exclusive scent to each room.
The Verona Residence Sensory Story
The crisp, fresh sweetness of nature’s fruits invigorates the air with their uplifting energy. A scent of unparalleled vibrancy, Verona fragrance finds the burst of a succulent mix of berries bringing the abundance of the luscious outdoors into the comfort of the residence where Raspberry and Grapefruit take centre-stage.
A resonating note of honey is intensified by a blend of Vanilla and Sweet Pea and made heady with creamy Star Jasmine.
Beneath, a whisper of Vetiver blends into the warmth of Italian Bergamot and Oakmoss, where the entirety is underscored by notes of Neroli, Red Rose and Jasmine to create a cultured woody floral accord.
